Richard Carlson is President of Pacific Weather Inc, a leading provider of Aviation Meteorological Services to the Federal Aviation Administration. Richard has participated in many successful start up ventures and has engineered the explosive seven-fold growth of his own firm over the past seven years. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and supervises over 120 employees for Pacific Weather Inc. at offices located at major airports around the United States. In addition, Richard has participated in several rural and educational development projects in India and is an advocate for providing effective low cost solutions for sheltering the world's homeless/refugee population
